We deliver products only within specific areas of dhaka listed on our website. Orders placed from outside these areas will not be processed.
You will receive a confirmation SMS or email after the order is successfully submitted.To ensure the availability of all our products and services, order limitations may be imposed on any product for customers.
We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Rocket, Nagad, and debit/credit cards.
Products and PricesAll prices listed on the Website are approximated at the time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter these in the future. Prices are inclusive VAT applicable according to Bangladesh regulations of sales tax.

Prince Bazar reserves the right to cancel an order if an incorrect price is displayed for a product. Delivery Policy Delivery is usually made within the scheduled time; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unavoidable circumstances.Delivery will be made within 2.5 KM from the outlet placing your order. Beyond a 2.5 KM radius, an extra delivery charge will apply.
Please check the quality and quantity of the product upon delivery. Complaints raised after accepting the product may not be accepted.Additional delivery charges will apply if the product weight exceeds 15 kg.
We will deliver your order to the main entrance of your address. Upon your request, our staff may carry your order to another location (e.g., a specific floor or kitchen), if it is safe and practical to do so. However, we reserve the right to deliver only to the main entrance.
Return and Refund PolicyYou may cancel your order due to product unavailability or discrepancies in product weight and price, and we will refund any payment you have made.
Perishable goods (such as fish, meat, vegetables, milk, and fruits) must be inspected in the presence of the delivery person; if any issues are found, they must be returned immediately. We cannot accept any claims once the product has been accepted.

If the refund is approved, the money will be refunded within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment method.
