Shipping Policy
Delivery Timeline
- Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 08:00 PM (Dhaka Mirpur area)
- Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 08:00 PM
- Delivery Time: You can choose a delivery time that suits your convenience.
Delivery Charge
- Inside Dhaka: ৳ 60
- Outside Dhaka: charged by zone
- Free delivery on qualifying orders — the cart shows this before you pay
Before You Order
- Fresh items are packed cold and go out on the earliest slot available.
- Please keep your phone reachable — our rider will call before arriving.
- Someone must be present to receive and check the order.
Return Policy
What Can Be Returned
- Anything damaged, spoiled, or past its date on arrival.
- Anything that is not what you ordered.
- Packaged goods, unopened and in their original packaging.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and fish once accepted at the door — please check these with the rider.
- Opened or partly used packaged goods.
How To Return Something
- Tell us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Keep the item and its packaging as it is.
- Have your order number ready.
- We collect it, and refund or replace once we have seen it.
Refunds go back the way you paid, and usually take 5–7 working days to appear.
