• •Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 12:00 PM or outside Dhaka - ৳ 100
• •Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days for other divisions - ৳ 150
• •Free Shipping: Orders above ৳ 2,000 in Dhaka

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your delivery status in real-time through our mobile app or website.

Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories included.

Returnable Items

You can return:

• •Wrong items sent by mistake
• •Food items within 24 hours if quality is compromised

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Refund Processing

Once we receive and verify your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
