Our Story
Prince Bazar is a prominent Bangladeshi retail chain and a sister concern of the Prince Group. Its roots trace back to 1985, when Chairman Kazi Ruhul Amin founded Prince Food Products Ltd., producing popular bakery and confectionery items such as toast biscuits, chanachur, and lachha semai.
Building on decades of trust in food manufacturing, the Prince Group expanded into organized retail in 2008 by launching its first Prince Bazar super shop in Mirpur, Dhaka. The goal was simple: to provide families with fresh, safe, and high-quality products under one roof.
Over the years, Prince Bazar has grown into a trusted one-stop shopping destination offering groceries, household essentials, bakery items, and fashion products.
